At Prisun, we ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of your artificial jewellery orders across India.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

2. Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are expected to be delivered within 8 business days

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on minimum order value.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared.
You can track your order using the courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make 2 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
In rare cases of lost shipments, we will provide a replacement or refund after investigation.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct.
Prisun is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept the delivery or contact us within 48 hours with photos or video proof.
