At Prisun, we aim to deliver your artificial jewellery orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Shipping Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are expected to be delivered within 8 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order value.

5. Courier Partners

We ship orders through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
Orders can be tracked using the courier partner’s tracking link.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned.
Re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Delays & Exceptions

Prisun is not responsible for delays caused by:

Natural disasters or weather conditions
Courier partner delays
Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

9. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If you receive a damaged package, contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
In rare cases of lost shipments, a replacement or refund will be initiated after verification.
