Return & Refund Policy

At Prisun, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered

  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor color differences due to screen or lighting variations

  • Used, worn, or damaged products after delivery

  • Customized or special-order jewellery (if applicable)


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Reason for return

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


3. Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.

  • Products must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

  • If the returned product fails quality inspection, the return may be rejected.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).


5. Replacement Option

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

7. Return & refund policy

Our Refund and Return Policy applies only to damaged or defective products.


- We offer a 48 hrs. return policy, starting from the date of delivery.
- If approved, the refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.

For Replacement Policy :
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 24 - 48 hrs of receiving the item.  
- Replacement products will be delivered within 8 days.
